A service company for individuals, companies and professionals who are planning to come to Málaga.
Easy Landing Málaga is a service company for individuals, companies and professionals planning to come to Málaga. We offer a wide range of services, from relocation paperwork and accommodation for individuals through to HR services for businesses.
We come from more than ten years in HR and office management — HR professionals who moved into consultancy and services. Easy Landing Málaga is the result.
We have also been on the other side of this. We have been foreigners in countries where we did not speak a word of the language and knew nothing about how anything worked. That is not colour: it is why we know which parts of a move are genuinely hard and which parts only look hard.
Ana is an HR consultant specialising in global mobility and employment law, and she co-founded Easy Landing Málaga in December 2019.
She has spent around twenty years in human resources across three countries. In the United Kingdom she was an HR Advisor for EMEA at Expedia, HR Manager at Endemol Shine Group, and a senior HR generalist and IT recruiter at The Workshop in London. In Japan she worked in technology staffing in Tokyo and studied Japanese labour and employment law at Temple University Japan. Back in Málaga she was People Partner at Ciklum before starting Easy Landing.
That is the expatriate experience behind the company, and it is not theoretical — the UK and Japan are two of the harder places to arrive and start again.
Her background is generalist and international: recruitment, labour relations, career development, retention, and the design and implementation of HR policy, mostly in the tech sector.
Because you should be able to check this rather than take our word for it — all of it is on her public LinkedIn profile.

Flexible packages, because no two businesses or people need the same thing.
No fixed working schedule, because we do not want you to feel helpless at the moment you actually need help.
Honest scoping. If something is straightforward enough that you should just do it yourself, we will say so — it costs us a line item and buys us a client who trusts the rest of the quote.
And clear limits. We are not a law firm, a tax adviser or an estate agency. Where your case needs one, we introduce you to professionals we have worked with, you deal with them directly, and we do not mark up their fees.
We tell you where things stand, including when something has gone wrong or an appointment has slipped.
Your move does not stop at 6pm, so neither do we when it matters.
Done properly the first time, because redoing Spanish paperwork costs weeks, not hours.
Ask us anything about moving to or setting up in Málaga — there is no charge for a conversation.
